Mizuno JPX925 Hot Metal Golf Irons
The JPX925 Hot Metal redefines the performance of an already industry-leading franchise. Combining the power and speed of Nickel Chromoly with a newly engineered CORTECH Design featuring a Contour Ellipse face, the consistency of distance across the entire impact zone has never been as long and predictable. The addition of tungsten weighting low in the head adds a height and landing angle element that makes hitting precise shots into greens easier than ever.
- CORTECH Design featuring Contour Ellipse: Completely reengineered Multi-Thickness Profile enhances center ball speed and ensures consistent distance across the face
- Seamless Cup Face: Thinned areas revolving 360 degrees around the perimeter increase rebound area for maximum ball speed across the entire face
- Variable Sole Thickness: Increase overall face flex area for add CORAREA
- Harmonic Impact Technology: Fine tuned head geometry delivers ideal impact feel and feedback
- Acoustic Sound Ribs: Precisely dial in specific vibration patterns for a solid, explosive impact sound
- White Satin Brush Finish: A modern elegant, yet durable non-glare finish
- Chromoly 4140M: With its high strength to weight ratio and malleability, Chromoly allows for a high strength face with a bendable hosel for fitting.
- Multi-Material Construction with Tungsten Weighting: Tungsten is positioned low in the 4-7 irons, creating a low sweet spot and a higher launch, producing a steeper landing angle
- Balanced Stability Frame: Balanced weighting improves control while maintaining forgiveness and producing a tour preferred vibration and sound
NS Pro 950 NEO Shaft
N.S.PRO 950GH neo
Rigidity optimized for the design elements of today’s iron heads
The same light feeling as before, better matched to new high-performance irons.
Today’s iron heads with strong lofts and larger faces demand shaft designs with both rigidity and flexibility optimally distributed via thickness and material shape technologies found in neo. We also designed neo with a standard grip size (.600”) for a swing that feels sharp and flexible.
Even when attached to the long irons where CGs are far from the heads, neo promotes smooth wrist turns and increases peak trajectory and spin, resulting in controlled additional distances.
Higher rigidity in the middle than the 950 GH. A sense of acceleration that secures spin rate and head speed.
neo’s mid-section is more rigid than in the 950GH, resulting in more flex at the tip section. Even when using strong lofted iron heads, which tends to reduce spin, you can achieve soft landings. neo promotes a light swing and satisfying follow through that bring out the full advantages of today’s high-performance irons.
It’s 95g weight also matches the needs of average golfers.
